Video transcript: I'm still making my way through the quest, and it's excellent, by the way. And I'm a such a critical person. I am so critical. What it's worth, I. I just think you, you're doing a fantastic job with your, with that quest. I love it. The mindset. I love the mindset work that you did. Of course, your positioning. So thank you to.

Video transcript: I'm so excited to be here with my mentor and friend. So for someone that is 66 in a few months, I said to myself, lisa, you do not have five years to figure this out. I just don't. So, yes, I. I know that, yes, you can be 80 years old. But in my mind, I needed to do like all of us are doing right now, is we need to find somebody that teaches us what we need to know without. Without going through all the mistakes. So that's when I found Yana and her viral notes writer. That writer took me from basically 290. No, 190. 290, somewhere, somewhere around there to now. Within a month and a half, I met 2,500 subscribers, and it was from the viral notes writer. There's a lot there. You're very giving with your information. That note came from me using your GPT. But here's the secret sauce is you go in and you tell the GPT everything about you. I was brutally honest. I told pieces of me that I really don't want the world to know. But I gave it my hopes, my dreams, my fears, my story. The women I want to talk to, the women that I want to encourage and help. I gave it everything, just like I was telling my best friend everything about me. And then I. I asked the notes writer to tell me what it. What it gathered, all the information that it gathered about me. And from there, it just started. We started evolving, we started talking, and from there, I asked it to give me the notes for the day, and it gave me the note, but I had to go in and make sure that there were pieces that were mine. So. So with your. With your notes writer, it helps you to organize your thoughts, but also give you more information. It's like being your kind of publisher, but it's like being that person. And then you go in and you just kind of spar with it and say, well, that doesn't sound like me. This is what I'm feeling like today, so let's write about this. And from that one note, it did. I'm now at almost 700 subscribers from that one note. Plus all of my other notes are doing so well because it takes my story and gives me something that I wouldn't have even thought of. It doesn't tell the really raw and things that I don't. That I. That I don't want to say out loud, but it just gives you the. The storyline. And then you go in and say, yes, that works. Or you change the words or whatever, because we all get stuck on, oh, gosh, I've got to do four, four notes today and all of that. And it, it, it helps you to become your assistant without the notes writer. For someone that struggles, for someone that can't keep their thoughts together all the time, it just, it just pops them right out there. And all you do is take the time to say, okay, I'm going to change this word or that word or that sentence or, or whatever. Like you said, it's seven minutes to schedule the rest, what, a week maybe. Because it's information. That's what we're all paying for is people say, well, it's, you're writing AI. It's not you. It's just having an assistant. You're, you're talking to a person and saying, here, here's everything and we're all paying for information. That's, that's what we're doing on substack is we're, we're paid for information. In your VIP group, I'm now, as you so nicely sent me the, the video about my, my page. I'm in the optimization start of it. So I'm very excited to get that done. But it's, it helped me so much just by doing the, the things that you said that needed to be changed. Is. I, I've, I've done a lot better since just doing those, those minor things. Not minor, but I think sometimes it's just in front of your eyes, but sometimes you just need a second pair of eyes to, to, to, to see it as you look at it all day long. And sometimes you need somebody else to look outside of, of what you're doing to show that. I love, I love taking your courses and I love your teachings because you're so giving with everything that you do. And I know for me it has helped a lot. It's completely changed my substack. I was the same. I had a great career. I was producing events at Paramount Pictures and I had everything. Even did events at the Academy awards. And then 9, 11 happened and I had to lay myself and all my staff off like going to, doing more events. But then a divorce happened and, and life happened and I lost pretty much everything. My friends, my job, everything. And now here I am at 65 trying to figure out, okay, where do we go now and what do we do? And thank goodness your tool came along because it's going to be my. That's going to be my retirement. That's how the notes writer helped me so much is because I just, I was authentically me just said what I wanted for. For the subscribers, how I wanted to help them and nurture that relationship. You're the best. You're such an amazing, giving human. I'm very happy that you're in my life. It's just general help, I would say, to get a young Yana's course. The quest that has everything or what? The one that has everything in it. Is that your vip or is the VIP when I. Where I have everything? Yes, yes. Is it VIP also? The. The quest is really good. That viral notes writer will change. Change your world. But you have to. You have to be really, really vulnerable and give it everything. So, so that the more you tell it, the more. The more your notes are going to be authentically like you and have a good mentor like Yana.

Video transcript: I have 19 subscribers and I already got a paid client from here. So, like, there's depth. And then because I used your system and I'm, you know, not even all the way through the quest yet, because the beginning of your quest, when you swear, like, foundations, I was like, oh, my goodness. Like, this is what I teach is foundations yet my foundations. How do I really want to be on Substack versus on my podcast? And I'm just like, you know, there's. There's this piece of. I'm still figuring it out because I'm like, how far can I go on the emotional mindset side of it versus the teaching side of it? On my podcast, I have to be very teaching. But I feel like over here I can bring in more value because I can bring in that depth. I can bring people into, like, the paid side. And let's say here's your 15 minute action for every day for this month. Let's also meet every day. And that was another thing you said, why not just turn on your paid thing now? And I'm like, oh, well, I need more subscribers. And I'm like, yeah, what you have given me is like this push out into the world and I truly appreciate it, especially through your challenges. Like, I'm showing up every day because I feel like I gotta tick the little box. Like, that little box just makes me so happy on your challenges. And, like, it's really cool because I'm actually having conversations with people. And now that I know that we can do dual lives from my computer, I'm like, why not just do podcast recordings from here? Like, then pull them and put them into the other things. So there's like so much depth here that I'm really, really, really, really excited. Go purchase, do the quest because your foundation teaches you the story piece of it. When you're going through that, that foundation part you can start to see of this is what I want to offer. What my sub Slack looked like before I found the quest and found your stuff is not what it is today. I started Substack. It was a hot mess Express. I went through the quest. I really took the time to do the foundations. And I will go back probably every three months. I'll probably go back through the quest and be like, I think that we get a little, like, we did the foundations already. No, do them again. Because in three months you've already taken another step forward and you can tighten it up a little bit. You can massage out whatever it is that needs to be in that season. So I really do think that. And like I said, as soon as I started the quest, I started growing. And then when I started growing, I was like, oh, look, now I actually got a paid, like, off, not paid subscriber, but a paid client because I set this up because of the foundations of the quest. So go buy the quest, go take the quest. Start the quest and take your time in the foundations. It's amazing. And then do it again. Understand your story, but go grab the quest. Because I think that if you're here and you're looking to grow on substack, like, you need the foundations and yeah, you know, like, I teach foundations for podcasters, but I think that the way that you present it to set up for substack, if you really want to be here and make an impact, you need to be part of the quest. Like, I teach this and I'm telling you to go take the quest. Like, I teach my clients foundations. But there's something different about setting up substack to get out of your head. And the quest just made it not intimidating. So if you really want to grow here, I do believe in stories. I will, you know, like. But I think that you really need, like, the quest. The quest changed my trajectory here and gave me the belief. And then take the challenges, like, have some sort of accountability. And your challenges, whether it's the note challenge or the, I think it's the post challenge, I forget what it's called, but the other one, take, take those challenges and if you need an accountability buddy, send me a chat. Go join the quest. If you can't do that, then at least join the challenges and think about this platform as a way to connect to another human instead of about a content machine. Yeah, I absolutely agree.

Video transcript: But I really, truly mean it from the bottom of my heart that when I say if I were to start substack differently, I, you know, and have a do over, I would get help from people like you to become a paid subscriber. Not sting on it. Because really, it has helped to save so much time. Thank you. You know, figuring out. Yes. It took months for me to figure out. And so, you know, it's like we are already not tech savvy. And that is, that in itself can already be, how should I say, overwhelming to some people. Right. But then you come to a new platform and you're going, like, what am I supposed to be doing here? You know, so much time could have been saved if I had invested in myself. TR programs. Like paid programs. Okay. Like yours, like Anna's and like even. Right. Bill scale. You know, these are really solid people to be learning to build substack on, you know, so like, really don't have to reinvent the wheel. Don't have to figure things out and take months and months and waste time. Yes. Just be a paid subscriber. Get all the good stuff. Yes. And be on your way. Okay. That's what I would do differently for sure.
